CROSSFIT 🏋️♀️ has been one of the best things that ever happened to me. It has changed my life (radically). This sport radically combines several disciplines at once, which requires being diligent and consistent in order to make progress, already a key element found in the entrepreneurial world! Specifically, I have been practicing this sport for over three years now, initially to get back in shape, and honestly when I saw the girls doing it, I thought, “damn, what are you doing here, girl, go back to your couch and watch the Kardashians.” But eventually I adapted and it worked out. At first, I admit, it’s not easy to put your mind into action and put it to the test, but when you finish your workout, you feel good, just good. Anyway.
It’s a sport that allows us to push ourselves and above all, to get to know ourselves. It reveals in us superpowers that we were not aware of. This has therefore developed in me a confidence that allows me to embark on various projects, because I AM CAPABLE OF….
This sport helps me to maintain excellent physical and psychological condition (you need to know how to let go and clear your mind).
Recently, I started competing. I NEVER BET ANY MONEY THAT ONE DAY I WOULD GO FOR IT! And you know what? It was great, my parents came, I thought they would stay for a day and then leave, but no, they came back the next day… I THINK THEY LIKED SEEING THEIR DAUGHTER SUFFER. (sometimes you have to reach your limits to understand them).
Learn to know yourself through sports that speak to you, in a world like ours, it has become vital 🙏 Express yourself and free yourself to improve your mindset at work.
Furthermore, there are people from all walks of life within this sport, which allows for exchanging on various subjects and building beautiful relationships.
So in 3 words to summarize sport and its benefits in business: DETERMINATION: You have to believe in yourself to succeed. COURAGE: Don’t be afraid to take the plunge. CONFIDENCE: Be confident in yourself and others.
See you on the bus for a new article, Angela.”
