Hello! I wanted to share my enthusiasm for a topic that I am incredibly passionate about. For the past two years, I have delved into spirituality, thanks to two books that have opened my eyes to a different way of living than what we are accustomed to (The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and The 5 Wounds of the Soul by Lise Bourbeau). I have also received valuable assistance from Véronique Blanche, a therapist with whom I had five remote sessions to help me accept myself, live in the present moment, and heal my inner child.
This may seem unfamiliar to some of you, but if you start exploring this realm, you will embark on a new life, a life that aligns more with who you truly are. In our world, where rivalry, jealousy, and hatred exist, it is necessary to reconnect with ourselves to avoid being overwhelmed by these negative energies and living in anxiety with unnecessary fears that hinder our daily lives.
Fear paralyzes us on a daily basis, and it is a battle we fight every day. Here are two pieces of advice:
Practice meditation, even if it’s just five minutes a day, to gain clarity of mind.
Practice conscious breathing.
As for my professional life, it has brought significant changes:
- I am less afraid to take risks; I move forward without fear since I have nothing to lose.
- I am much less stressed, even in challenging situations. I strive to stay calm, enabling me to think and act more effectively.
- I am aware of the issues and the world around me, which allows me to have a life philosophy that brings me happiness and is reflected in my work.
- I am learning to know and love myself, fostering healthier relationships.
- I attract what I desire (it takes time, but as they say, patience is a virtue) Remember that you are all unique; never forget that.
